My name is Carson Frawley, and I am currently a 6’5, 185 lb senior at Camas High School. I am a versatile player; I can use my guard skills to play from the perimeter, but I'm also able to take advantage of mismatches in the post. I have just begun my senior season, and our team is currently 3-0, making several improvements from last year. My sophomore year, I was able to get some varsity experience in the beginning of the season, as well as swinging down on Jv and getting a plethora of minutes. From all the hard work I put in during quarantine, I was able to see my game go to a whole new level my junior year. I was the only junior to recieve first team all league honors, and I averaged 17.6 ppg, 6.1 rpg, and 2.4 apg, while shooting 60% from the field. I am looking to continue this role throughout my senior season and help lead my team to school basketball history. I plan to continue the role of being a valuable scorer for my team, but I'm also hoping to improve my ball handling and perimeter defense. I believe this will be something very attainable for me because I have invested many hours doing ball handling drills and conditioning over the off-season. All the early morning workouts, late nights, playing with several college/pro players, and maintaining playing experience in tournaments are all going to be accountable for my improvements. I have not narrowed my major yet, but some areas of interest are engineering, business, and sports medicine. It has always been a goal for me to play college basketball, and I believe my 3.84 gpa will help me succeed and continue to work hard on and off the court in college. Thank you for reading!
