I am a hard worker, and I pay attention to detail. I love spending time in the gym working on my skill set. If the gym is open that's where you will find me. I tend to be the positive guy on the court. When things aren't going our way, I make sure to encourage the other guys to keep digging with a we got this attitude. I take direction very well and listen intently to instructions. My goal is to win games and in order to do that the team needs to be firing on all cylinders working together as a cohesive unit. I know I must do my best to stay focused and attend to the task at hand. There have been times when I have had to carry the team and then there are others where I was more of an asset in distributing the ball and dishing out assist rather than scoring as much. I can work it both ways because the most important thing is that we get a team win. I have had the frustrating experience with teammates in the past where all they seemed to be interested in were their personal stats. I work best with guys who put the team first and leave all that showboating to the other teams. I enjoy working together with the coaching staff and players toward a common goal. After all a win is nothing more than a byproduct of high-level work and preparation from the week before. I'm all about putting in the work in order to reap the rewards of the win.
