My name is Gabrielle “Gabby” Cummings and I am from Edmonds, Washington. I play my club softball with Snohomish Shock where I primarily play 1st base and play high school ball with Archbishop Murphy High School where I am starting pitcher.
I think one of my strongest attributes is being a good teammate. I was recently sidelined for 7 months due to an injury that kept me from throwing or hitting but I was always at practice and listening to the instruction being given to my teammates. I continued to come to every tournament (even traveling twice to Arizona) because I knew I could still contribute by getting equipment set up, shagging foul balls, running out to pick up bats, and being in the dugout cheering on my team.
I am a good student and recently became a member of the National Honor Society and have been awarded first honors 3 semesters in a row. History has always been one my favorite subjects and I also have a strong interest in theology. I am very interested in biblical archaeology and I am hoping to attend a faith based school to pursue a degree in theology or/and archaeology.
