I have been told by several coaches over the years that I see the court well and can anticipate a few steps ahead of what my opponent will do. When my coaches ask me, what are you seeing out there, I always have good input on how the team can adjust and let them know what is working. My accuracy is quite high from well-beyond the 3-point line. My highest in game 3-point record is 13. My shooting capability developed at an early age as I trained about 4 hours a day for free throw shooting contests. I won 2 years running state and regional free throw shooting contests in 2015 & 16 even making to the National finals in Chicago. I am easy to coach as I am a good listener and take direction well. If asked, I believe all my coaches and teachers would agree. I am also a good teammate as I tend to put team first before myself. I take my academics seriously and have put in the effort to make sure I have kept close to a 4.0 my entire school career. Currently my GPA is floating between 3.96 and 3.98. I take pride in that effort and will keep working hard. I am the guy who shows up first to practice and is the last to leave. I stay at the court/gym as long as I am allowed or until they shut the lights off. I am hoping that I get a chance to play with my teammates my senior year of High School even though COVID-19 will still most likely still be an issue this winter. Regardless though I feel I have put in the hard work and that I am ready to take it to the next level. My goal is to play at the college level, work hard to get a degree in education so I can eventually be a teacher and a coach. I would like to pay it forward and teach the younger generations about the game I am so passionate about.
