Personal Statement

My name is Elijah Pepper, class of 2019.  Basketball runs through my veins.  My dad and uncle both had an opportunity to play professional basketball in Australia for 7 years after graduating from college.  This is my dream and having professional players in my family has helped me gain a different persective on basketball and learn the intricacies and often overlooked aspects of the game.  I play with passion, tenacity and am hungry for success.  My goal is to get a college degree of my choice and achieve my goal of playing basketball along the way, just like my dad and uncle.  I strive to be a great team player, leader and role model and give nothing less than 100% in everything I do.  I want to be the best that I can be and know that I have a lot to learn, but also have alot to offer as a team mate and player.  I always give my all to be the best that I can be on and off the court.   I truly believe that I have what it takes to become an asset to a college basketball team and school as an athlete and student.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
