I am pursuing a school where I can play basketball at a very high and competitive level, while earning at least a four year degree from a place that will aid me in finding a job after college. I will put in however much work is necessary to achieve this aspiration, and my current and former coaches will back that statement. My character traits differ from other recruits in the fact that I am a leader on and off the court and I love to be challenged. Also, I always look for and find ways to help my teammates improve, and consequently, I expect the same in return. In the classroom, I took three AP classes this year as well as two ACT tests in December and February; my composite ACT score was a 32. Also, I am ranked 89th in my class of 335 in an unweighted GPA school. Athletically, my basketball skill set entails a little bit of everything. As my videos suggest, I can be effectively used as a knockdown shooter. Additionally, I take the most pride in my defense and I ALWAYS request to take on the challenge of guarding the best player on the other team and shutting them down. Plus, I have an excellent mid range pull-up jump shot, a very quick first step (offensively and defensively), deceptive change of speed, great ball handling, a next level court IQ, and hawk eye court vision. Right now I am working on finishing at the rim over taller defenders as well as becoming stronger and more explosive; this work has just recently allowed me to start dunking and I have had increased success changing my shot in the air. I am open to any school that is interested in me and I look forward to talking.
