My goal is first to be a leader on and off the court at my high school where I'm currently a freshman. This is demonstrated through my participation in multiple sports such as basketball, football and baseball. My freshman year I have challenged myself academically by taking advanced classes such as Spanish II and Geometry. I aspire to play basketball at the collegiate level where I can both excel in the classroom and on the court. My interests at this time are to pursue a degree in sports medicine and apply for acceptance into a physical therapy program. In order to reach these goals, my plans are to earn both academic and athletic scholarships to assist with my college expenses.
I bring a high level of leadership when on the court and have the ability to make those around me better. I strive to be a team player and a role model for others to follow. I understand that it takes hard work and dedication to be successful in life and have a strong work ethic. In addition, I have a high basketball IQ which allows me to continually grow on the court and grasp concepts from coaches and camp instructors.
Most importantly I strive to represent myself, team, school and family in a positive manner both on and off the field.
