College diving has always been a dream of mine and I am very committed to take the next step. Freshman year was the first year where diving became super serious for me. Freshman year didn’t end the way I would’ve hoped for but I believe that everything does happen for a reason. Sophomore year was the toughest due to a season ending injury and I felt like all my dreams were completely shattered. Junior year I returned to diving and I believe it was the best decision I have made.
When I am up on the board in practice or in a meet, all my troubles and issues I have been dealing with push away. Diving is where my comfort zone has brought me and I have enjoyed all my experiences that have led me to this point. My friends and family have been super supportive for me during the season and also looking towards my future with goals to complete at the collegiate level.
