My name is Tanner Olson. I am a 2021 graduate from Peoria, Arizona. I have been playing competitive golf since I was a freshman. I have played on my schools varsity golf team for 3 years. I have a strong passion and respect for the the game of golf. I am a dedicated athlete and focused on improving my game with the goal to play golf at the college level while earning my degree. The thing I love most about golf is that it challenges my work ethic and drives me to want to practice and compete to continue to improve my game.
I take my academics seriously and work hard in the classroom to always be my best. I also play baseball for my high school. I am a catcher but also play 1st base and outfield. I consider myself to be a leader and take pride in encouraging my teammates to work hard so we can continually improve as a team. Student Government is a big part of my life. I was recently voted in as Student Body President for my senior year.
I am working daily on the range, on the course, I play in local tournaments and work in the weight room in order to continue to improve my game. I am looking for a golf program where I can continue to be challenged, be a leader and contribute to the program. Thank you for considering me for your program!
