Reid Borg '19 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Reid Borg. I am currently a junior at Liberty High School in Peoria, Arizona. I consider myself the type of guy that will get the job done no matter how long it takes. I am a hard worker in the classroom as well as in the gym and on the course. My collegiate aspirations are to major in Theology and play golf at the highest level possible. My dream is to stay close to the west coast where i can play golf year-round. Over the past three years, on my high school golf team, we earned second in our division all three years. I am also proud to say we won our PUSD district tournament this past season. I am currently the only junior on the team and most likely I will be the only senior on the team my senior year as well. I am looking forward to next season and I have high hopes of leading my team and investing into my underclassmen so their high school golf experience can be as meaningful as mine. When I consider what I am looking for in a college, I am very open minded considering they offer a solid Theology program and mens golf team. My collegiate athletic goal is to be an asset to my team by playing to the best of my ability and encourage my teammates to do the same.
