Personal Statement

I started wrestling at the age of seven and although I took many losses that first year, it provided me with the drive to get my hand raised that I carry to this day.  This is my senior year and I have one goal left to accomplish, to be state champ as I am a two timestate runner-up (missed Soph state due to injury) with my only two in state losses being state finals. I just competed at the Freakshow in Las Vegas going 7-0 to become the 145lb champion in a 128 man bracket.

I am just as dedicated in the classroom as I am on the mat holding a 3.7 GPA and have been a multi-All Acedemic Arizona team member. Academics are as important to me as wrestling in my search for a college. I am days out from my final check ride for my private pilots license and can't wait ti cintinue my aviation career path.

In the wrestling room you won't find a harder worker. I have learned to embrace the grind and push myself both mentally and physically. I not only want to be a champion, but I am willing to put in the work to accomplish my goals.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
