Shooting low scores and having everything go my way will always result in a good highlight and memory. But as a student-athlete, the days where I don't have my best is when I learn the most. They teach me to stay patient, focus on the positives, and grow stronger as a player and as a person. To value every moment has been a driving factor in how I live my life, which I strive to achieve every day.
Starting with a lesson when I was 9, I've been hooked on golf. Playing a sport that was foreign to me at the time pushed me to continuously improve throughout my career. As a person, being kind, honest, and committed are all things I hold in high regard. Giving full effort while hitting the books is just as important as giving it my all on the course. In my pursuit of college golf, I look for schools that are a fit both athletically and academically. As a dual-sport varsity athlete, I know the value of the team as well as the individual. It is my goal to play golf at the next level and I know I have what it takes to take that next step.
