Jonah Camarillo '21 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Jonah Camarillo, class of 2021 at Chino Hills High School. As a freshman I currently play on the CHHS Varsity golf team and ranked #2. I have a current GPA of 4.0, excelling every day to achieve a higher grade point average.

In the past three years I’ve been playing for SCPGA, with a handicap of .6, ranked in the 10th percentile.

My goal is to attend a well respected University/College that will challenge my academic and athletic abilities. I’m looking for a program that is competitive and involves campus functions and activities.

Being the youngest on my High School Varsity Golf Team has been a welcomed challenge; it has shown me humility, how to take personal responsibility for my actions, learn from others, and be disciplined in my practice and habits so that I can add value to my team and my game.

I’ve been best described as a highly competitive player, coachable with the drive to do my best every day.

I would like to major in Business Administration with an interest in the following fields: accounting, finance, economics and business law. I’m very analytical when it involves problem solving in a financial aspect.
