Given the chance to be coached in college, I think I can further develop my skills and become a great golfer.
As a black belt in Taekwondo, I have learned a lot about hard work, discipline, integrity, focus and having a positive attitude. These foundations established me as a competitive athlete. I like the competition in golf and the confidence it gives me. The adrenaline I receive in golf is similar to the intensity of Taekwondo competitions.
In 2019, I have competed in 36 events at various tournament organizations like AJGA, SCPGA, TOYOTA TOUR CUP, FCG, SDJGA, JGAA, VJGA and they gave me more valuable experiences which I can take to the next level. I will continue to play in these top tier tournaments and strive to learn more. I will be patient and be disciplined about everything including my health and will prioritize daily routines so I can compete to the highest level golf not only today but also the future.
One very important thing which can help me reach my golf is to make sure that I maintain my 4.0 GPA as I believe that golf involves a balance of knowledge in order for me to constantly improve. Being part of something big and special means a lot to me and that I think I can bring my skills to a golf team to play at the highest level and to win championships.
