Personal Statement

I was introduced to the great sport of golf by my mom and dad when I took my first steps as a toddler. It didn't take me long to develop a love for the game and a strong desire to get better. I am very fortunate that we live a half of a mile from my home course of Plumas Pines Golf Resort where my Dad has been the Director of Golf for 30 years. I am an extremely self motivated, disciplined, dedicated, committed, and goal oriented person who strives toward reaching my short term and long term goals everyday. I have a 4.19 GPA with straight A's since 7th grade, I have been the Team Captain of our Golf Team since my Freshman year, the League Medalist my Sophomore year and received All League Honors in golf, football, and basketball. I am looking for an opportunity to improve and excel at the highest level in golf and engineering.
