Personal Statement

As a golfer on the path to advancement, I'm excited to introduce myself to college coaches and recruiters. I believe I can be a valuable addition to your team due to my commitment to consistency and my dedication to both my academic and athletic pursuits.

I often refer to myself as a "late bloomer" in the golfing world. While I may not have an extensive tournament record, I've invested countless hours into my skills and developing a deep passion for the game. This enthusiasm drives me to continually improve and contribute to a team's success.

What sets me apart is my unwavering work ethic. I pour my heart and soul into golf, relentlessly working to improve both my physical and mental game. I recognize the value of discipline, patience, and resilience, and I apply these qualities both on and off the course. I understand the importance of balancing sports with academics, and I am committed to excelling in both areas.

My ultimate goal is to be a positive force on a team that shares my deep love for the game. I'm eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the collective success of the team. Golf isn't just a sport to me; it's a lifelong passion, and I'm excited to bring my dedication, consistency, and hard work to the college that fits best all around.

  • Solid rounds of 75 , 76. Solid overall just little hiccups and deserve heat of 112 degrees
  • Camp/Event
  • Us kids paradise valley summer championship
  • 10/08/23 to 10/08/23
  • Played in the us kids paradise valley championship in Fairfield and shot 75 with 13 greens and 12 fairways along with 32 putts. The greens were slow and putts weren’t dropping it seemed like I had a million lip outs and birdies weren’t dropping. Overall a good day and look forward to improving on leaving my self in good spots to hit into pins.
  • Camp/Event
  • Us kids local tour event
  • 9/24/23 to 9/24/23
  • The first day at Swenson I shot 75 with 28 putts 12 greens and 10 fairways. I was hitting fairways and greens and making up and downs but very few birdie putts dropped. The second day at elk horn I shot 72 and the putter was hot, I had 26 putts and 11 fairways. My up and down game saved me with only 9 greens in reg and it was nice to see putts dropped with the condition of the greens as they were punched a week prior . I look forward to working on 8-15 footers on the green and working on shots from 150 to 120 into the greens.
  • Camp/Event
  • Us kids event
  • 9/09/23 to 9/09/23
  • A local us kids event at Spanos I shot 75 with 7 greens and 8 fairways with 26 puts. A little windy this weekend making it tough to hit greens but the up and down game was good keeping me in it. I look forward to working on tee shots and my driver and 6-12 footers on the green.
  • Camp/Event
  • Jganc Oakdale rotary
  • 8/12/23 to 8/12/23
  • A local jganc event I shot 76 with 8 greens and 9 fairways. The driver was off and 30 putts. Not the best of days all around look forward to working on the swing and improving on up and downs
  • Camp/Event
  • Southern league league tourny
  • 5/08/23 to 5/08/23
  • This was our league tournament, there were 4 other schools there and the conditions were tough. It was windy and raining and the course was muddy from the rain prior to the tournament. Played pretty decent the putter definitely got me out of some trouble. I had 26 puts with 8 greens and 12 fairways and shot a 75 tieing for first with a fellow teammate.
