I am looking for a place to get my degree in cyber security and to continue to play the game of golf competitively. I was named team captain for my Senior year and am looking forward to my game improving throughout the summer and through next year.
I am a very strong leader and dont let my emotions get the best of me. We have ups and we have downs in life, just like in golf, if you keep a level head you will go far in life and that will mirror to the golf course.
Academically I am currently at a 3.1 GPA with it only going up. By the end of my Senior year I am challenging myself to be at a 3.2 + GPA. I am a self motivated person in the classroom. I have learned to be this way to due the H.S. golf season being in the fall and missing most of the first 3 or 4 weeks of school every year. In the Brighton school district we only go to school 4 days a week so if we have tournaments on Tuesdays and Thursdays I am at school 2 days a week for the season!
My team goal for this season is to repeat as EMAC league champions and to have our team make it to the state tournament! This would be the first time Brighton would send a TEAM to the state tournament. I believe we will have the TEAM to make it!
My personal goals are to be at a single digit handicap by the end of the summer and to play on the tour level of the junior golf circuit. During my Senior year I want to improve and become 1st team all conference, as I was 2nd team all conference as a junior. If the team is not able to make the state tournament I want to make the statement tournament as an individual.
