Griffin Pederson '21 Recruiting Profile

I am your next great golf recruit.  I am hardworking, dedicated to the game, and love the game of golf.  I come from Gunnison Colorado where our eight month winter limits my season heavily.  I have never played more than about 3 months out of the year due to not only winter, but varsity baseball as well.  My scores and tournament averages  are reflective of this.  I believe that with my dedication, and the ability to golf year round, or almost year round, I will be a good collegiate level golfer.  My love for the game and desire to become better has aided in my decision to graduate a semester early from high school.  With my winter and spring of 2021, I am moving to Arizona to work on my game, and continue playing consistently.   

Academically I know I will stand out almost anywhere that I go.  Good grades and academics have always been important to me, and that will not change when I reach college.  I try my hardest when in school, on the field, and on the course.  I will be the teammate learning from my peers while also pushing them to be better.  Overall I am a great choice for any school, and I am excited as I'll get out for my college experience.
