Connor Bell '23 Recruiting Profile

Since I was 8 years old, I have worked hard to become a well rounded athlete playing competitive baseball, basketball and golf.  I also enjoy skiing in the winter. I have also worked hard to become one of the top students at Montrose High School with a 4.12 GPA . I am currently ranked 10th unweighted in my class of 329 students and 9th weighted. I am proud of myself for achieving success in the classroom and out on the course.  I am also excited to say that I was just named to the National High School Academic All-American list for '21-'22, was selected to compete at the (FBLA) Future Business Leaders of America Nationals event in Chicago, and was just elected to serve as President of our high school Rotary Interact Club and Treasurer of our high school FBLA Club for my senior year.

My goal is to attend a college with good academics and to eventually obtain my MBA.  It would be a dream come true to get into a great college and to also play golf. Of all the sports I have played, golf is the most challenging, but it is also the most rewarding.

I hope to become a part of a golf program that cares about its players as both athletes and students. I would work hard to be a solid member of your golf team by not only getting better on the course each year, but also by being a supportive teammate to other golfers in your program.  I would not do well in a program made up of individual golfers who didn't care about each other's success. My high school team has been one of the best in Colorado many years in a row because we all work hard to get better together and we are proud to share our scores with each other when we do well.
