It has been my main goal to play college golf ever since I was in 7th grade. I have been working every day the last 5 years to achieve that, loving every bit of the journey. There have been a lot of ups and downs, but they have taught me a lot about myself and helped me to learn mental toughness and perseverance. I have had a lot of bad rounds and they have all taught me how to manage myself mentally to keep pushing forward, as well as adding fuel to the fire and inspiring me to work extra hard to play better in upcoming events. I feel that I would be a great fit for any college golf team because of my strong work ethic, my coachability, and my loyalty towards my teammates, coaches, and the team as a whole. As somebody who has played team baseball, basketball, and golf, I enjoy being surrounded by others who share similar interests and who pride themselves in improvement by showing a strong work ethic. As an Eagle Scout, High Honors student, and National Honors Society Member I have a lot of experience working with and managing groups of people, and working on large, difficult projects and assignments within a timeframe. I am excited for the future and I hope to be helping my college team be successful.
