Golf is everything to me. I respect the game in every aspect, whether it's etiquette or focusing on every single shot. There is nothing I want more of than to make it to the next level of this game and be committed 100% of the time. When I am not working on my academics, I constantly work on my game. I try not to waste a single moment of my time when it comes to improving my skills; devotion to the game is very important in my mind. I have taken private lessons every weekend since I was 12 years of age and currently play on my high school golf team. I am also very committed to my academics. I have earned a near 3.5 GPA and plan to improve that as best as I can. I am in my sophomore year and I take a college-level course regarding government and politics, and plan to take more college-level courses in the future. I am an honor roll student at Suffield High School and rank in the top 3% of my class. I illustrate characteristics of leadership, responsibility, and integrity. If I were to play college-level golf, I would do everything in my power to exemplify leadership skills on and off the course and be an integral part of the team.
