As a two time Florida state championship golf competitor, I know what it takes to be a part of a winning team. My high school had only been to the state championship for golf once before in its entire history. Getting to be a part of that is an amazing and eye opening experience. The biggest moment in my golfing career is easily my freshman year at the regional tournament. Shooting 79 as a freshman to help lead my team to state gave me the realization that I can go big places in the sport of golf.
Currently carrying a 4.3 weighted GPA is one of my proudest accomplishments. My goal is to graduate high school with the same or better GPA. One of my favorite activities besides golf is working out. I enjoy getting time to myself in the gym, and being able to strengthen my muscles. This is one of the reasons I’d love to study sports medicine in college with hopes of becoming a physical therapist. One characteristic that describes me is competitive. I want to win, and I want to do it in the most honorable way possible, at the highest level. Dedicated is an understatement as I am working everyday to improve my golf game to give myself the best shot at competing in college golf!
