Bill Bircher '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Bill Bircher and I am currently a junior at Shorecrest Preparatory School in St. Petersburg, Florida. I am very interested in playing college golf. I have always loved playing and working hard on my game since I was a little boy. My home course is Bayou Club in Largo, FL.

In my freshman year, 2018-19, I made it to FHSAA State’s by shooting 73 at Regionals at Carrollwood Country Club. In the summer of 2019, I won the Harris Armstrong Match Play Tournament which was organized by the Greater Tampa Junior Golf Association. The lowest round that I have ever shot was a -2, 70 at Lake Jovita (North) in May 2020 in a Hurricane Junior Golf Tour tournament. In 2018, I qualified for and played in the FSGA/FJT Junior Boys' Championship at Laurel Oak in Sarasota, and made the 2 day cut, scoring 75-76-77.
