April 2021Personal Statement
My number one collegiate goal is to be recruited by a Division 1 school to play golf. I feel as though my game has developed over the past few years both physically and mentally and I am working very hard to prepare myself for golf at the highest level. I believe the strongest parts of my game are my athleticism and mental toughness.
I work extremely hard in both school and golf and I strive to set goals to help myself learn and grow. I take great pride in my work and have maintained a A/B Honor Roll throughout my freshman and sophomore year while taking honors courses. I always strive to be a solid team player and care for my teammates.
My personal goal this summer is to consistently break par in tournaments and win championships. Having just transitioned to Florida from North Carolina, I will begin playing on my new high school golf team this Fall and hope to compete in the State Championship.
