I have always been a competitor. My urge to win at all costs has always driven me to compete at my best. sophomore year was my first year wrestling in high school since 7th grade. I went from not knowing anything about wrestling besides double leg to studying the game and the greats as I went to start on varsity at 133 pounds. I want to continue my progression as I have grown to love the game by working hard enough to become a state contender next year. I trust in my ability enough to know that if I put in the work I will be good enough to be a state placer by my senior year. Balancing work with school and wrestling has proven a challenge, but I know that If I want to be prepared for being dedicated and performing at your university these are the steps I need to take. My goals won't stop once I receive a scholarship to your University. I strive to be the best no matter the cost so it is certain that I plan on putting enough work in to eventually become an NCAA champion, and represent your school with hard work dedication and character.
