Michael Hale '24 Recruiting Profile

I look forward for the opportunity to prove myself as a student, a golfer, and a person at the college level. I will continue to challenge myself to achieve higher goals, on and off the golf course. I have the ability to perform the best when the pressure is the highest. I have shown this by playing the best in the biggest tournaments of the season. In the fall of 2022, I won my high school district individual championship, with a +3 (75). At the state regional tournament, I finished 18th in a field of 72 players, with a +7 (78). My goal for the 2023 season is to advance to the state finals. The strengths of my golf game are my ball striking, chipping and pitching. I'm working hard on my putting to make it a strength also. 

My academic goals are to raise my GPA to a 3.5 by the time I graduate from high school, and to score at least an 1100 on my SAT test. In college, I plan to major in business.
