I've been around golf for my entire life. Although I didn't pick up a club until slightly later on, it's become very clear to me that this is what I was born to do. There's nothing in the world that gives me the same feeling as coming down the final stretch in a tournament with a chance to win. I feel that I am more dedicated to the sport than anyone I know, and I do my best to elevate my game, my practice and my training to put me in the best position to succeed at a high level. I'm constantly trying to learn new things to implement into my own game to make myself better, and my coach, Diane Whitman, has taken my game since middle school and brought it to a new level.
I've been blessed with a family that supports me and motivates me to become better academically, athletically, and as a person in general. With a father who was a Naval Aviator, a mother who completed post graduate studies, and a brother who played baseball for and graduated from a US Military Academy, I have not only been encouraged but shown how to set goals, make plans, and pursue my dreams.
