April 2023Personal Statement
I am a very honest hard-working person in the classroom and on the golf course. Academically I strive to major in engineering and buisness.
Throughout my middle school and high school years my golf game has improved tremendously. I played varsity golf in my freshman and sophomore years and have proven to be one of the 3 lowest scorers on my team.
During my last GSGA summer season, I placed in the top 3 in all events for my age division. Because of this, I was moved up into the advanced division. Despite some challenges, I plan on continuing to better my game in hopes of playing Division 1 golf. I will do this by continuing to work with my swing coach and following a strict practice schedule.
Additionally, I volunteer with the Middle School Golf League. Through this I have developed leadership skills by introducing local middle schoolers to the game of golf. This helps grow the game of golf in my local community.
