I believe I am a great candidate for your golf program for many reasons. One, I will dedicate my time and everything I have to your program. Second, I am a competitor. I want to succeed and have the dedication to do so. Third, I have only been playing golf for about 4 years and I've improved every aspect of my game. I am consistently practicing and using self-critique as well as the critique of others to better my game. It is my goal to be constantly learning and growing.  Although golf is my passion, my education is incredibly important to me as well. Being an honors student athlete throughout middle and high school has taught me to organize my time and efforts effectively and efficiently.  That is why I would prove to be an asset to your program.
