Andrew McKillip '20 Recruiting Profile

Since I played on my high school's varsity golf team during my freshman year, I have fallen in love with the game. I not only enjoy the competition, and the comradery with my teammates, I love the process of practicing and improving my skills. I have a great work ethic with the game, as I began practicing during my freshman year. I have never had the luxury of being a member of a private country club, and I spent most of my summertime working at my local municipal course and practicing during my time off. I believe that golf is a game that you will get out what you put into it, and I apply that principle to everything in my life. I am also a recent Eagle Scout, meaning that I understand what a good work ethic is, and what it takes to become a good leader by setting a good precedent for everyone around me to follow.
