I am very blessed to have had an enormous amount of support from my family and friends during my years in youth sports and throughout high school. I am a very hardworking student athlete. Throughout my life I have learned to balance multiple sports and achieve academic success. I started golf lessons at the age of 7 and started competing for the PGA Jr. Golf League during 7th grade. It was during that summer that competing in golf became my passion. I have improved every year in high school and I believe I still haven't played my best golf yet, and I am looking forward to my senior year as captain of the varsity golf team. Qualifying for sectionals during my junior year has been the highlight of my golf career and I am striving to make it to sectionals and state this year.
I'm looking for a program that will allow me to continue to grow as a golfer and succeed in the classroom. I believe that I have the determination, work-ethic, and leadership skills to compete at the college level and to help my team succeed.
