June 2021Personal Statement
I can’t remember a time when golf was not a part of my life. Some of my earliest memories are of riding with my dad and learning the game from him and my grandpa.
But it wasn’t until I made the golf teams in Junior High and High School that I learned how important golf would be to my education and my life.
Golf has taught me mental toughness and focus that have made me a much better student and a much more patient person. And, golf can certainly be humbling.
I’d like to take my golf and eduction forward together. For me, this means finding a college that can provide me with an excellent education while playing the sport I love. I’m focused, committed, and will strive to be a real asset to a college team.
