I have always been a self-motivated student athlete. I started High School as a dual sport athlete playing golf and baseball. However after my Sophomore year I decided to pursue Golf fully. I set a personal goal to become a single digit handicap and achieved this within a year. I am currently a 4.3 handicap and am striving to lower that every time I play. I am a dedicated athlete, I go to the gym 5-6 times a week, I play and practice golf at least 6 times a week, and I stay clean in the kitchen by avoiding candy and desserts along side sodas and other sugary drinks. As a Freshman I received most improved player on Junior Varsity. Then my Sophomore year I was moved to Varsity and despite the team not making it to sectionals I did as an Individual. I received most improved player again my Sophomore year. Then Junior year I was designated captain by my coach and teammates, then made it to sectionals again as an individual. I was ranked 5th in my conference and received the Bulldog award from my coach. Lastly I am an asset in the classroom with a 4.45 weighted and a 3.98 unweighted GPA.
