Hi my name is Jack Urbanski a junior at Penn High School located in Indiana and have goals of playing at the next level for golf. I have a strong work ethic on and off the course and in the classroom. I think that I could help your team reach their goals because of my work ethic. One characteristic that makes me stand out from others is my ability to navigate a challenging situation and decide how serious or loose I need to be to create the best outcome for that situation. I think of it as my “switch”, and I have found it helpful in the classroom and in leading my team.

- After a tough first day shooting an 80 with some bad ball striking, I fire a 75 to rally back on the second day with some better ball striking but more importantly getting up and down. This week was a tough one because of how well I know the course but I can see what potential I have if I can put all the mechanics together.

- It was a tough 2 days at the Northern Masters. Not playing my best, on day one I shot an 8 over 80. On day 2 after shooting a 7 over on the front 9 I could have easily given up on the back but I did the opposite, posting a 34, 2 under on the back for a final round of 77. 13 over for the tournament. After looking back at the stats I played the front 13 over for 2 days and the back 9 even for 2 days. Much more improvements can be made from this tournament.

- At the Jr. PGA Championship, I played well enough to make the cut, even though I did have my best stuff finishing the day with a 6 over 78. I played much better the 2nd day and was even for the day until the rain started to fall and I doubled 17 and 18 shooting a 4 over 76, working on finishing strong and not losing focus. Ended up +10 for the tournament and t30th

- I Played well both days shooting a 74 36-38 +3 on day one and 76 40-36 +5. +8 for the tournament at the warren golf course at Notre Dame the par 71 that played 6,601 yards.
