Joshua Dwyer '22 Recruiting Profile

Dear coaches,

My name is Josh Dwyer and I'm a very keen golfer from Melbourne, Australia. I have loved the game of golf since I first picked up a club 8 years ago, and play as often as I can. I am committed to pursuing my dream of playing college golf from 2024, at as high of a level as possible, and will make sure I do all I can to make that dream a reality.

I believe that my work ethic and willingness to tick every box when it comes to golf is what sets me apart from my peers and can give me the confidence that I've done all I can to prepare for when I step up to the tee. I always make sure that I leave no stone unturned when it comes to preparing, practicing or playing.

I also work very well in a team, having played a lot of team sports growing up, and love working with others to get the best out of all of us. I love the idea of meeting others and discussing ideas, asking questions, giving or receiving advice, and ultimately improving together with others, as it is a much faster and more mutually beneficial to all parties. It also links to the social side of golf, which is something I have always loved about the game.

Overall, the college golf experience would be one that I would do anything to achieve, as well as never forget.
