Michael Bruce '25 Recruiting Profile

Ever since the age of three, golf has captivated me more than anything else. I have been addicted ever since I got a set of plastic clubs for my third birthday. As I am nearing the end of my high school career, my aspirations of playing collegiate golf are more prominent now than ever. One thing that sets me apart from others is my dedication and work ethic. Living in a place like Maine has developed these traits and made me realize that you have to use your time wisely. Only being able to golf for six months of the year has been a bit of a setback, but it has shown that I need to work as hard as I can in the time I am given. I have taken a similar approach in academics as well, using the time I have to better myself. I believe I am willing to work harder than anyone to achieve my personal goals, which is what sets me apart from the rest.
