I want to be a Division 1 college golfer. I want to be on a team that I can help do great things while bettering myself as a person and player in the process. I believe that I could help many college teams out. Throughout my young golfing career I have been undersized but it hasn't stopped me from achieving all of my goals so far. I pride myself on having a strong mental game and I also pride myself on staying humble. I think that also makes me different in character. In athletics there are winners and losers. If you win you shake your opponent's hand and tell them good game. If you lose you do the same. But win or lose I find out where my competition is at and work endlessly to make sure I have the best chance at winning the next game, tournament, match, etc. When it comes to academics I work hard and get my assignments done on time and with good quality. It helps me to take academics as a competition. If my friend gets a 90 on a test I want to beat that score. To this point that mindset has helped me tremendously. On a final note I want to let any coach that may be reading this that I will give my 100% to help the team win and improve myself as a player. As a kid from a small town in Maine I would love to try and reach my full potential playing in a place where I can play more than a few months out of the year. Thank you.
