I am Passionate, dedicated, and driven – I am an aspiring collegiate golfer with a relentless pursuit of excellence both on and off the course. With a love for the game ingrained in me since I first stepped onto a baseball field at the age of 8, my journey into golf began unexpectedly. Two weeks before my freshman year of high school started, encouraged by my dad, I picked up a golf club and was immediately drawn to the challenge and precision of the sport. Despite being on track for Division II baseball according to my swing coach, the retired coach of Mount Saint Mary's baseball team, I made the difficult decision to leave baseball behind and focus entirely on golf.

Since that pivotal decision, I've dedicated myself entirely to the game of golf, pouring countless hours into practice and competition. My transition from baseball to golf not only honed my skills on the course but also instilled in me the values of discipline, perseverance, and the importance of making tough decisions in pursuit of one's passion.

My journey in golf has not only taught me the importance of discipline and perseverance but has also instilled in me a deep sense of sportsmanship and teamwork. As a team player, I thrive in collaborative environments, fostering camaraderie and mutual growth among my peers.

Beyond the fairways, I am equally committed to excelling academically, understanding the value of a well-rounded education in shaping my future endeavors. With a strong work ethic and a thirst for knowledge, I aim to pursue academic excellence while balancing the demands of collegiate athletics.

As I embark on the next chapter of my academic and athletic journey, I am eager to contribute my talents, dedication, and passion to a collegiate golf program that shares my values and ambitions.
