I have been playing golf for my whole life, I started when I was 2 or 3 years old and I have been playing it non-stop since. It is my true passion. Recently, I started playing high school golf and junior tournaments, which has been a lot of fun. I have had a successful high school career so far through three years and I am looking forward to an amazing senior year. I rose to the number one golfer on the team as a sophomore and voted as a captain for my junior and senior season. I think being named a captain at an early stage shows my level of my leadership skills. I love to spend a lot of time practicing which I think has allowed me to get to where I am now. I would spend all day on the range or course! The highlight of my high school career so far is being named the Cape Ann League Golfer of the Year during my junior season. Not only do I play golf but I also excel at hockey and baseball so I am in the best physical shape I can possibly be. I enjoy being a three-sport athlete and it has really taught me how to compete (I hate to lose). I am also an excellent student in the classroom consistently making the honor roll and taking honors classes. I think my level of dedication and drive will make me a valuable asset to a college golf team.
