2022 Spotlight
Bobby Fish 18th h...My name is Bobby Fish and I am in the graduating class of 2024 at Danvers High School in Danvers, Massachusetts. Simply put, golf is my passion. Although I started golfing later in my career, I have made tremendous strides in the sport. In four short years I have brought my handicap down to a 2.8 and my goal is to get it down even lower. Other then the winter season I go to the golf course every day, whether that’s playing or working on the range and putting green. But in the winter season I go to my local PGA store and hit balls every day. I love competing against the best golfers as it drives me to want to get better and better. In my first year of competitive golf as a freshman in high school I golfed as the #2 golfer all season and made all stars. As a sophomore and junior, I played as the #1 golfer all season, made all conference both years and was voted the team MVP both seasons as well. My coach believes that I have the perfect personality for golf as I do not get too high with the good shots or too low with the bad shots. I have always been a great teammate in any sport that I've played. I played baseball and hockey my whole life and was always one of the better players and leaders on the team. Competing at a high level of sports is in my family as my dad played division I college hockey at Boston University and was drafted in 1988 by the Montreal Canadians.
