Brody Pass '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Brody Pass and I am a Senior at Centennial High School.  After 14 years of playing Minnesota hockey, and thinking that is what I wanted to play in college, I made the mistake of picking up a golf club.  This turned my world upside down.  I could not stop thinking about golf and the challenging satisfaction it brought to me.  I remained a 2 sport athlete trying to live out my hockey dream but the desire to play competitive golf became too great.  Because of this, I turned my focus to golf full-time as of February, 2021.   I was accepted into Coach John Means Academy and am striving to play golf at the highest level.   

With John, I am quickly closing the gap between the top players and myself.  In just 9 months, I have dropped my scoring average by 5 strokes and will continue to trend positively.  At this moment my resume isn't as strong as some but by this time next year it will be.  I will continue to work hard on and off the course to achieve my goals.  Academically I have a 3.995 GPA and am a top student in my class of 600+ students.  Due to my strong academics, I was selected into the National Honors Society and I am a member again my senior year.  I am a driven, focused, intelligent, detail orientated student athlete that will not disappoint in the classroom or on the course when given the chance.
