Personal Statement

My goal for golf is to play competitively in college and continue to improve and compete at the highest levels possible.  I want to be around a coach and teammates who have integrity and grind to achieve lofty goals and are easy to be around.  Business is my current planned major and I want to play at an academically solid university with a great golf team environment.  My ideal college team travels to great events and has access to excellent golf facilities to practice and improve.

I have been playing golf since I was 6 years old, but only competing seriously as my only sport for less than a year and am starting to shoot in the 70's consistently and have improved the consistency of my scores.  I am close friends with Ben Griffin and watched his incredible journey through the KFT and ultimately into the PGA Tour.  Ben has really spurred on my passion for golf.  I have started working with Matt Gallant at Floridian National Golf Club and Nate Parry, PGA in Raleigh NC at UNC Finley.  I'm committed to getting better every day.

I look forward to turning the good foundation I'm building into excellent tournament rounds!

By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
