Golf is my favorite activity to do in life. I love how the game works and is played, but it is also challenging to play. I started playing golf when I was very little. I was given my first club at the age of two, but my love for the game really began to grow when I was ten years old. Our membership at The Ranch Club Golf Course allowed me to access the golf course and play golf with members who knew the game more than I did. After my parents saw my interest in golf, they quickly signed me up for Junior golf camps and other junior opportunities. At the age of ten, I began to play almost every day and practiced for many hours at a time. My grandpa told me that my short game was the best place to improve my game because over half your strokes are around or on the green. This is why I practice not only on the driving range. Golf has taught me many things. It continues to teach me the importance of hard work and patience. One of my goals is to compete in golf at the college level. While attending college, I'd like to major in engineering.
