Golf has been a part of my life since I was a kid. My dad taught me to play when I was little and I stuck with it my whole life. However just around 2 years ago, golf has become the most important part of my life. I started to go out and practice and I couldn't put the club down. I found a whole new love for golf and enjoyed every hour of my practice sessions. I started to play tournaments and had some pretty good success starting out with nine hole local tours. The feeling of winning never gets old, so I took on a big commitment and put everything in my life secondary in the summer and started to really put in a lot of hours of practice. As I improved throughout my short time I started to think about playing college golf and therefore I am now playing in much bigger tournaments and putting in even more hours of practice. Even with all my hard work I am still able to perform well in the classroom keeping a 4.0 GPA for my sophomore year. I am extremely hard working, determined at committed to anything I have a passion for. I still have goals of becoming a better golfer with every day that goes by and hopefully I can improve throughout my collegiate years as well. Even though I am mighty focused with golf, education is very important to me and I plan on graduating with a useful degree to help me after college. I am a great fit for a college team because of my hard work, personality and I happen to be a great team player.
