Hello My Name is Zach Woods
My goals in college are based on both academic and athletic objectives. My dream is to play NCAA Division I Golf to move my Golf career as far forward as possible, while achieving a degree in Business Management.
I am driven by a strong work ethic and the ability to balance both academics and athletics. This is what makes me different from the other potential recruits who are competing for my spot because I have the same desire for success in Golf as I do in school. Therefore, I will be more academically inclined, relative to the other athletes.
While I endeavour to be a leader mainly by example, I am not afraid to stand up and be vocal, both on and off the Golf Course, for what I think is best for the team. My desire for success can be very infectious to my teammates and I feel that I am mentally stronger and more motivated than the most people my age. I am very willing to be held accountable to my sport, team and school for both my efforts and my results, and I will respond diligently to my academic and athletic shortcomings. My high personal standards of character, academics, and athletics are what separates me from other recruits.
