Practicing and training at the Golf Room for over twelve hours every week this winter has shown me the level of dedication that it takes to become the best golfer that I can be. Getting this instruction has allowed myself to feel comfortable about being able to coach myself at times when I can not get help from my golf instructors, like when I am playing in a tournament. These self adjustments that I am now able to make allows me to keep improving, even when I am practicing on my own.
I bring leadership to my team by leading by example. This leadership is shown when I am practicing or playing. I stay very focused and serious when I am practicing and I make every shot count for my team when I am playing. I know when it is time for us to have some fun when practicing and when it is time to get to work. I carry this mindset over to my academics, where I do not take any work lightly. This is what helps me get good grades in all of my classes.
