I am in Class of 2026. I am a good candidate for your team because I constantly challenge myself in the classroom, on the course, and in life. I have a curious mind, a love of learning, and a way of making people around me better people. I have been awarded multiple character awards throughout my K-12 education and chosen by my teachers as a Sources of Strength student counselor. I'm also involved in leadership positions at school, including student council, SkillsUSA, and FFA. I challenge myself to take honors and college credit plus courses, where I have maintained a 4.0 GPA. Recently, I decided to attend Springfield Clark Career Technology Center, where I am in the applied engineering program, learning the many facets of engineering, including electrical, mechanical, industrial, logistics, drafting, design software, robotics, and welding.
On the golf course, I am committed to continuous improvement. I set goals and follow a rigorous training schedule that focuses on all areas of the game; my swing, short game, putting, mental toughness, strength training, and course management. As a junior, I was named 1st team all-conference, and our team placed 3rd in the Ohio State Division 2 tournament. I am looking forward to playing competitive college golf where I have the opportunity to continue to improve my game, learn new skills, network, and be a part of a team.
