June 2016Personal Statement
I've always described my life by four things: faith, family, school, and golf. Looking at my life, all of these are interwoven, playing major parts in making me who I am as a young man and what my course for life is set to be. These pillars shaped my character, adding aspects like respect, humility, and knowledge in many areas. Always working, my grandfather and I have a motto that reads: "I will do today what others won't, so I can do tomorrow what others can't." I try to live by these words every day, putting 100% effort into all I line up to accomplish. All of this being said, I believe the thing that helps me in life the most and may set me apart from others is my priorities. It is being able to look at life and see that golf and all of the accolades and great things that come from it aren't the most important things. I'm excited to find the right college where I can contribute to the success of the golf program while developing these areas of my life.
