Personal Statement

You can say that golf has been in my blood since I was born.  I have been playing since the age of 3, and my love for the game has only grown throughout the years.  While I have been golfing my entire life, it has become my passion in recent years and this year (2022) will be the first full year solely concentrated on my improvement in golf.  The reason for this is my extreme desire to secure a roster spot at a highly competitive University or College and help lead this team to victory.  As a former multi sport athlete (football, basketball, golf) I have gained invaluable experience leading a team.  The responsibility and privilege of being a "Captain" was presented to me on my football, basketball, and now golf teams.  I do not take for granted the trust my coaches have in me, and fully embrace the opportunity to learn through new responsibilities.

The effort required to succeed on the course has also paid off for me in the classroom.  I am carrying a 4.0 GPA while taking Honors level and AP classes.  I have recently been inducted into the National Honors Society, Rho Kappa National Honors Society, and the Future Business Leaders of America.  My parents have raised me to understand that it is so important to do my very best no matter what the challenge, and that I can achieve any goal with a good attitude and work ethic.  Currently I am dual enrolled at my local community college to allow me to learn how to balance a very busy golf schedule with some very advanced academics.  This will allow me to be ready come the Fall of 2024.

Every action taken at this stage in my journey revolves around my preparation for my time with YOU.  Everyday I am working to get better on the golf course, in the gym, and in the classroom.

I would welcome any opportunity to speak with you about your golf program - text or call ANYTIME - 717-855-6110.

"IF YOU CAN ENVISION IT, YOU CAN ACHIEVE IT."

Events

  • Camp/Event
  • PA STATE JUNIOR AMATEUR
  • 6/26/23 to 6/27/23
  • 54 hole tournament , finished T4 out of 120 players. Finished with a total of 212 (-1) for the tournament. The putter let me down on Mondays first round - (4) 3 putts and I couldn’t make a birdie putt within 10 feet. Hit 15/18 greens. The 2nd round I only hit 9 greens but was able to capitalise on my opportunities shooting 69 (-2). Round 3 I started -4 through the first 7 holes and then a 2 hour weather delay hit. I came out a bit out of sync and lost some momentum coming down the stretch , however, was able to get up and down quite a bit to save a respectable 70 (-1). Was pleased with my resilience.
  • Camp/Event
  • LCJGT - MID PENN BANK JR.
  • 6/22/23 to 6/22/23
  • Shot a 68 (-3) and finished 1st.
  • Camp/Event

  • Competed in a field with the 17th, 24th and 53rd ranked Juniors in the nation and came out on top shooting a (-4) 69 to qualify.
  • Camp/Event
  • PA AMATEUR QUALIFIER
  • 6/15/23 to 6/15/23
  • Qualified for the 2023 Pennsylvania Amateur by shooting a (+1) 73. Didn’t have my best stuff, but was very happy with how I was able to grind it out and move on.
  • Camp/Event
  • NJ Spring Open- HJGT
  • 5/20/23 to 5/21/23
  • Solid weekend of golf, played solidly but left a lot out there. Was blessed to have won the event with a (-3) total. 71(-1), 70(-2).
  • Camp/Event
  • AJGA @BETHPAGE YELLOW
  • 5/06/23 to 5/07/23
  • My 1st AJGA event. Shot 69/71 - 140 (-2). Finished Tied for 2nd. Was pleased with my mental game as I was +2 through the first 4 holes Saturday and came back with 6 birdies over the next 14 holes. On day 2 I started with a double bogey but was able to play the rest of the round -2. I had 9 birdies and 1 eagle over the Weekend.
  • Camp/Event
  • HJGT YORK OPEN
  • 4/08/23 to 4/09/23
  • Really great ball striking Weekend. Early season rust on decision making and short game put a hamper on what otherwise would have been a great tournament. Shot 153 (+9), 78-75. Was 1 swing and a BIG number away from being under par on Sunday. Had 8 birdies over the Weekend. Saturday was 50 degrees with 20 mph sustained wind, Sunday beautiful - 58 degrees and 5mph wind.
  • Camp/Event
  • Buckeye Junior Golf Tour - York Open
  • 4/08/23 to 4/09/23
  • Camp/Event
  • YAIAA League Tournament
  • 10/20/22 to 10/20/22
  • Didn’t play all that well - shot a +2 (74), was good enough for 4th place out of 62 players. Also qualified me for the PIAA District Championship. 3rd year in a row qualifying for Districts.
  • Camp/Event
  • PIAA DISTRICT 3 Championship
  • 10/08/22 to 10/09/22
  • Finished 8th out of a 82 player field Qualifying for the PIAA STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS for the 2nd straight year. Did not strike the ball well all Weekend, only hit 15 of 36 greens , but shot (+6) for the tournament. Short game was really sharp on day 2 I converted 12 of 12 up and down opportunities.
  • Camp/Event
  • YAIAA DISTRICT 3 season
  • 8/18/22 to 9/16/22
  • Led the league in scoring average for players who played a full schedule with a 74. Was not pleased with that average but it was good enough to lead the league which has 4 of PA’s top 2024 players according to JGS.
  • Camp/Event
  • Hurricane Junior Golf Tour - College Prep @ Penn State University
  • 7/30/22 to 7/31/22
  • Finished 3rd out of 50 players, shot a (+2) 74, came back strong on day 2 with a (-4) 68 for a total of (-2) 142.
  • Camp/Event
  • LCJGT - Tour Championsip
  • 7/29/22 to 7/29/22
  • Shot a (+2) 72, first time playing at LCC, beautiful facility with lightning speed greens. Finished 3rd in the tour Championship.
  • Camp/Event
  • BJGT Tour Championship
  • 7/09/22 to 7/10/22
  • Placed 2nd place out of 48 players. Shot a 2 round total of 148 (+4) on the home course of the PENN State Nittany Lions. Made some silly mistakes, but hung in there after being +4 through the first 6 holes.
  • Camp/Event
  • Pennsylvania Junior Boys Championship - Pennsylvania Golf Association
  • 6/27/22 to 6/28/22
  • Came into the tournament with a less than desirable confidence due to inconsistent ball striking. I fought hard on day 1 shooting a 74 even though my wedge game was lacking. Day two I was grinding my way at +2 through 10 holes and just ran into trouble every hole on the way in. 1 shot each hole took me out of birdie or par contention. A very disappointing 80 left we with a 154 2 day total. Good enough for 60th place out of 152, but not the result I was looking for. Was very blessed to have the experience and will take what I learned to my next event.
  • Camp/Event
  • LCJGT
  • 6/23/22 to 6/23/22
  • Medalist with a (-1) 71. 50 participants

  • 5/28/22 to 5/29/22
  • Finished 6th out of 48 player field. Had a rough ball striking day 1 and shot 79 the first time seeing the course. Day 2 I had 5 birdies and a quad :( shot 75. Was proud that I came back after the quadruple bogey on the 3rd hole to post a decent round.
  • Camp/Event
  • Hurricane Junior Golf Tour - College Prep Tournament
  • 5/07/22 to 5/08/22
  • Won the weather shortened event by 3 shots shooting 72. 50 degree high with 25 mph winds .
