January 2014Personal Statement
From a very young age, the idea of Division 1 or Division 2 collegiate golf in the south or west has always been a dream of mine and a goal I've worked for in my countless hours of practice on a daily basis. There are many attributes that I feel I can bring to any college that sets me apart from other recruits. A positive attitude is something I pride myself in and the ability to be somewhat of a leader and take control of situations. Also, my work ethic is something that will make me a good candidate for a team. Both with my dedication to my studies in academics off the course and devotion to practice and keeping a level head on the course is a strong suit of my character and game. I'm looking for a college that will not only offer me the best opportunity to improve and fine tune my game, but set me up for a bright future for the rest of my life.
